Skyrise
This game was made as part of a final project for my winter semester game design class CSI4380. This game is about rising from the sewers of a city to get to the sky and above. Each level has its own theme of where you are on your journey in skyrise.
Please Note: There may be some glitches or errors within the webGL version of the game.

- The design of your game world and/or storytelling that makes a complete game.
The design of my world in the game is that you are trying to rise into the sky and maybe even above(?) You start within the sewers of a major city and then you slowly make your way higher and higher to get to the final end goal.
- What is your proposed Game Play Goal, and explain how the game achieves this goal? (Game Play Goal:
Beauty, immersion, intellectual problem solving, competition, social interaction, comedy, thrill of danger, physical activity, love, creation, power, discovery, advancement and completion, application of an ability, altruism, learning.)
The game play goal is for people to have fun and to rise into the sky :) I think I accomplished this by having individual levels be their own section of rising into the sky. You start in the sewers and then continue rising until you get into the sky and maybe even above. You can wall jump and dash to evade and maneuver within these levels.
- Specify the workload, especially if you work in a team, and/or build off the assets from class.
The workload was all on me. I created the levels, playtested them (some of them are pretty hard) I didn't use any of the assets from class as far as I can recall. I had some art from the beginning that I could have used and did. I couldn't create or find all the art by the time the project was due though.
- Specify your contribution, what is your focus when developing this game.
I made it all. My focus was to make a game that people would enjoy and maybe come back and play a few more times after.
